Charged twice for one month after making a two month down payment for house insurance. Tiptoed around the issue once I called to make a complaint. Hung up without resolution. The same thing happened to family members with car insurance through them. They were only reimbursed two out of the five times they drew twice in one month from their bank account. Very shady, I do not recommend at all.
